3PI, Qualifier:

Peter John Goldhammer, a 3rd generation architect received his Bachelor of Architecture from Brooklyn’s Pratt Institute, and his Masters degree from Newcastle University in the United Kingdom.

He began his architectural career in New York in 1970 where he specialized in hotels and high rise buildings. As a member of the New York Society of Architects he received a “Best Building of The Year” award in the early 1980’s for his design of a 27-story structure.

A Florida architect (AR6567) since 1974, Mr. Goldhammer has designed and been involved with a wide range of high rise condominiums, churches, historic buildings and restaurants. Lending his expertise to the community; Mr. Goldhammer has been appointed to various boards and currently serves the City of Indian Shores as a member of their Zoning Review Board.

A 2-time award recipient for Historic Preservation from the City of St Petersburg in 2006, Mr. Goldhammer maintains good working relationships with building officials from various building departments.

3PI, President:

Milton Massanet manages the daily operations of 3PI, Third Party Inspections, LLC sharing his expertise with architects and contractors.

 

He began his career in 1978 reviewing construction documents for Disney’s EPCOT project, and Knott’s Berry Farm western theme park in California. Soon thereafter, Mr. Massanet began his municipal career in 1982 reviewing construction plans and conducting inspections for high rise buildings, shopping centers, medical clinics and multi-screen theaters throughout Southern California and Southern Nevada.

In addition; Mr. Massant has been involved in the creation and improvement of several building department operations. Working with outdated or non-existent administrative policies, procedures and operations required Mr. Massanet to develop processes and organizational workflow.

Formally schooled in architecture; Mr. Massanet is a Certified General Contractor (CGC1516349), Certified Building Code Official (Bu1086), a licensed Building Inspector (Bn6036) and a licensed Building Plans Examiner (Px1880); who has reviewed construction documents and been involved with the inspection of construction projects in both Florida and California.

Shortly after arriving in Florida, in 1999, he accepted a position with the City of St Petersburg as their Building Official where he administered and managed building inspection and document review operations.

After more than 30-years, Mr. Massanet partnered with Mr. Goldhammer in 2007 to provide plan review and inspection services which are unsurpassed by others.
